Golf Park Oberzwieselau
The Golfpark Oberzwieselau is not far from the hotel. In addition to the 400-year-old driveway avenue, the spacious clubhouse is located in the immediate vicinity of Oberzwieselau Castle. The area owned by the Graeflich Mellin-Wolffersdorff’s administration, provides the ideal base for the golf park, for the construction of which only minor ground movements were required. The golf club at the Bavarian Forest National Park is also part of our golf partner clubs. Here, too, you can play with reduced green fees if you are our guest at the Hotel Ahornhof. Golf-Club Chieming e.V.
Another partner of our Hotel Ahornhof is the Chieming Golf Club. Here, too, as a hotel guest, you benefit from a discounted green fee – for a unique golf vacation. On a total area of 74 hectares with lengths of 6250 meters (white) and 5245 meters (red), the championship course is embedded in the undulating pre-alpine landscape of the Chiemgau. Flat fairways alternate with moving fairways, some of which are bordered on the sides by mixed forest. The course has been equipped with excellent drainage, so that it can be played again quickly even after heavy rain and can therefore offer its members and guests the longest golf season in the Chiemgau.
